Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omnistudio Health Quoting for Providers and Payers SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on delivering impactful solutions without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of SFDC solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Oversee the customization and integration of SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and system functionality.
- Provide technical expertise in Omnistudio to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Health Quoting solutions for Providers and Payers ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain SFDC configurations to support evolving business needs and ensure system reliability.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SFDC Integration ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices for SFDC Development and Customization fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance SFDC capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Support the IT Consulting and Analytics domains by providing insights and technical solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a strong understanding of Omnistudio and Health Quoting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration with a track record of successful implementations.
- Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical solutions.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator
