6. Responsibilities :

- Develop clean efficient and well structured Java based backend components that follow established coding standards and directly support critical business functionality for scalable enterprise applications.

- Implement responsive and accessible frontend features using modern web technologies that integrate seamlessly with Java services to deliver intuitive user experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate in requirement analysis sessions with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear technical tasks that contribute to predictable delivery of software features.

- Collaborate with senior engineers and peers in a hybrid work environment to review code resolve defects and share knowledge that improves overall team productivity and software quality.

- Execute unit integration and regression tests for full stack features to ensure reliability maintainability and compliance with company quality guidelines and industry expectations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues in development and test environments to minimize production incidents and enhance system stability for end users.

- Maintain accurate technical documentation for services endpoints data models and user interface flows so that future enhancements and support activities can be performed efficiently.

- Follow secure coding practices and organization policies to protect data privacy and system integrity thereby supporting the company mission of creating trustworthy digital solutions for society.

- Coordinate with DevOps and operations teams to support build deployment and monitoring activities for Java full stack applications in day shift without requiring travel.

- Optimize queries and service interactions within the application stack to improve response times and resource utilization which helps reduce operational costs and environmental impact of computing resources.

- Engage in continuous learning by exploring new Java frameworks frontend libraries and testing tools so that project solutions remain modern competitive and aligned with emerging industry trends.

- Support incident analysis and minor production issue investigations during assigned hours by providing root cause inputs and suggestions that reduce future recurrence and improve user satisfaction.

- Contribute to team ceremonies including planning grooming and retrospectives by sharing progress raising risks early and suggesting improvements that enhance delivery outcomes in hybrid collaboration.

-Qualifications - Demonstrate foundational proficiency in Java programming object oriented concepts and standard libraries enabling effective contribution to backend feature development and bug fixing.

- Apply practical understanding of full stack principles including RESTful services database interactions and modern web interfaces to support end to end solution implementation.

- Utilize basic skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript or equivalent frontend frameworks to build and refine user interfaces that are usable maintainable and aligned with design guidelines.

- Show familiarity with relational databases and query design to assist with data access layer implementation optimization and troubleshooting in application workflows.

- Practice version control with common tools and branching workflows to manage code changes collaborate with peers and maintain traceability of feature development.

- Exhibit problem solving and analytical abilities to investigate issues break down complex tasks and propose clear technical approaches under guidance from more experienced engineers.
