Cognizant Veterans Network
Cognizant appreciates veterans. That is why the Cognizant Veterans Network (CVN) supports, develops and promotes the unprecedented skills and experiences that veterans can offer Cognizant. The CVN is ambassador of the Cognizant recruitment process. The network helps to recruit and retain important talent and to create a community of people with similar experiences who understand the transition to the private sector and who support those veterans who wish to work at Cognizant.
African American Latino Group
AALG represents the interests of the employees of Cognizant who identify themselves as black, African, African American, Latino or Hispanic. The group increases the success of members through programs and initiatives that promote career development, mentoring, recruitment and retention and a close-knit community.
Women Empowered (WE)
Our Women's Business Resource Group offers women a better working experience and increases their impact in business.
