Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. The role involves leading quality assurance efforts ensuring high standards and contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure high standards.
  • Oversee the execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using BDD and TestNG.
  • Provide expertise in SAFE and Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
  • Utilize ALM and UAF tools to manage and track testing activities and project progress.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber and Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing of SQL and PL/SQL code to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Use Jira for defect tracking project management and reporting.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Maven and Jenkins.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Show proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as ISTQB or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
