Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure AD Identity Governance and Azure AD. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management systems and contributing to the overall success of our IT initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Azure AD Identity Governance solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity management.
  • Oversee the integration of Azure AD with various applications and services to streamline user access and authentication processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring and managing Azure AD policies roles and permissions to enhance security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address identity management requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Azure AD configurations processes and best practices to support ongoing operations and future projects.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and security metrics to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of Azure AD configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to identity management systems.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on Azure AD features and functionalities to promote effective usage.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Azure AD and identity governance to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and solutions to enhance identity management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce multi-factor authentication and other security measures within Azure AD.
  • Support the migration of legacy identity systems to Azure AD to ensure a seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Azure AD Identity Governance and its application in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and managing Azure AD policies roles and permissions.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
