Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP CPI - DS and SAP API along with a strong background in Regulatory submissions and Review as well as Research and Development. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and contributing to the companys innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for regulatory submissions and review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
  • Conduct thorough research and development to identify innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and test plans.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Implement best practices for data security and privacy in all technical solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and address any concerns.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that have a positive impact on society.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API with proven experience in implementation and integration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory submissions and review processes ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Have a solid understanding of research and development methodologies and their application in technical projects.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
