Engagement Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Portfolio Lead with 17 to 21 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This role involves overseeing multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and aligning them with the companys strategic goals. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery management process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
  • Provide mentorship and support to project managers and team members.
  • Utilize portfolio and project management tools to track and report on project progress.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project teams.
  • Ensure that project outcomes align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its overall success.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Delivery Management with proven experience in managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
