Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Testing & Documentation System Testing FTPC Val & Automated testing Tricentis Tosca and TOSCA. Experience in COTS Products (LS R&D) and Research and Development is a plus. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various software projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation for all testing activities.
  • Provide expertise in System Testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
  • Conduct FTPC Val & Automated testing to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize Tricentis Tosca to design execute and manage automated test cases.
  • Implement TOSCA best practices to enhance the effectiveness of automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.
  • Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Support the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing techniques and best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Testing & Documentation with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in System Testing and FTPC Val & Automated testing.
  • Have hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and TOSCA.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation.
  • Exhibit knowledge of COTS Products (LS R&D) and Research and Development is a plus.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing.

    • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Tricentis Tosca Certification
