Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Sailpoint IdentityNow. This role involves ensuring the security of our digital infrastructure managing identity and access management systems and contributing to the overall security strategy of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Sailpoint IdentityNow solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of identity and access management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for identity and access management.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain security policies procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of security protocols and measures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on identity and access management practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security.
  • Participate in the development of the companys overall security strategy.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of security solutions that protect sensitive data.
  • Support the companys mission by ensuring a secure digital environment.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Sailpoint IdentityNow.
  • Demonstrate experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Exhibit proficiency in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
  • Show ability to integrate identity and access management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Have a proven track record of managing security incidents and breaches.
  • Show experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Certifications Required

    CISSP CISM or equivalent certifications relevant to cyber security and identity management.
