Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning Advanced Process Automation and Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and deliver impactful solutions that align with our companys goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise in Automation Anywhere to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within the supply chain management framework.
  • Drive the execution of sales planning strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in process automation and supply chain management.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track project progress and outcomes.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on business analysis and planning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in advanced process automation and Automation Anywhere.
  • Have a solid understanding of supply chain management and sales planning & execution.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

    Certified Automation Anywhere Professional
