Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Modelling SnM IQVIA Reporting SnM DigiMktg CRM- Marketing Marketing Analytics Qlikview SAS and Tableau. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data models to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Provide expertise in SnM IQVIA Reporting to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Utilize SnM DigiMktg skills to enhance digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Implement and manage CRM-Marketing systems to improve customer relationship management and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlikview SAS and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on data and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Data Modelling SnM IQVIA Reporting SnM DigiMktg CRM
  • Marketing Marketing Analytics Qlikview SAS and Tableau.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in multicultural marketing MCM dashboarding and reporting patient services and support centers and brand reporting and analytics is a plus.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

    • Certifications Required

    PMP Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) SAS Certified Specialist Tableau Desktop Specialist
