Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated BD Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Outlook-Emails MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word along with domain expertise in Data Models. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and contributing to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee the creation and management of data models to support business strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of Outlook-Emails for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate business strategies and results.
  • Manage documentation and reporting using MS Word to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of technical tools and data models.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance business development efforts.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Outlook-Emails MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and managing data models.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Show ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Display strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Have experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Show proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
