Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Retail Merchandising Systems along with advisory and accessibility consulting skills. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive our companys success and benefit society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects in Supply Chain Management and Retail Merchandising Systems.
  • Oversee project timelines ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients helping them optimize their supply chain and retail operations.
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met in all project deliverables promoting inclusive design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
  • Monitor project budgets ensuring financial targets are achieved.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in project management with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Retail Merchandising Systems.
  • Demonstrate strong advisory skills with the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Exhibit expertise in accessibility consulting ensuring inclusive design practices are followed.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Nice to have domain experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and comfortable with day shifts.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks.
