Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Workday systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday implementations.
  • Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oversee the development of custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support business operations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday systems by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and configurations.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that Workday solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday-related activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
  • Have experience in conducting system testing and validation.
  • Display a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy principles.
  • Be familiar with the latest Workday features and functionalities.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting domain is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality Workday solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create training materials and documentation for end-users.
