We are looking for resources who are strong in Finance functional Technofunctional willing to work on a new ERP called Maconomy
MUST have experience in GL AP AR FA in any ERP
Should have prior IT or support related experience
He she should be very well conversed with endtoend financial processes P2P O2C R2R and Financial Period closure processes
Must have strong communication skills and client facing experience
Motivated to learn new things and product quickly and apply previous ERP experience
Should be ready to learn new ERP Maconomy and ready to perform Handson activities of Tickets analysis User Communications Identify test apply resolution in various Maconomy
Environments Coordinate with various stakeholders
Prior ERP experience is must
The resource will undergo Maconomy Product training as a part of onboarding process
Responsibilities
Perform Handson activities of Tickets analysis User Communications
Identify apply resolution fix configuration data update etc get it reviewed test
Apply Resolution in various Maconomy Environments with prior approvals
Coordinate with various stakeholders
Tickets triaging updation in JIRA updating document repository KA
Comply Support andor release process
Take user sign off and close the ticket
Work on Functional enhancements understand finalise requirements
