Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of MuleSoft-based integration solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of API-led connectivity using MuleSoft to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in building and deploying MuleSoft applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the integration solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of MuleSoft applications and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality integration solutions that enhance business operations.

  • Possess strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
  • Have domain expertise in Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure integration solutions.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Display the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and MuleSoft features.
  • Possess a proactive attitude and the ability to drive technical excellence in integration projects.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation skills for maintaining integration processes and solutions.
  • Exhibit the ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.
  • Show a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business operations.
  • Have experience in project planning and providing accurate estimates for development tasks.
