Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our payer domain operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes within the payer domain.
  • Oversee the design development and deployment of automation tools and frameworks.
  • Provide technical expertise in automation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation tools and processes.
  • Document automation processes tools and frameworks for future reference and training purposes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in automation techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the companys automation capabilities and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in automation with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the payer domain with a deep understanding of its processes and requirements.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks and tools.
  • Show proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python Java or C#.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a relevant certification in automation such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or equivalent.
