Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in S/4 HANA Accounts Receivables Profitability Analysis Cost Center Accounting SAP Controlling Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Automatic Payments and New GL. Additionally domain expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is required. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of S/4 HANA modules including Accounts Receivables Profitability Analysis and Cost Center Accounting.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP Controlling and Profit Center Accounting to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expertise in Product Costing and Automatic Payments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Manage the integration of New GL functionalities to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of S/4 HANA solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of S/4 HANA functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for S/4 HANA modules to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of S/4 HANA Accounts Receivables Profitability Analysis and Cost Center Accounting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP Controlling Profit Center Accounting and Product Costing.
  • Have experience with Automatic Payments and New GL functionalities.
  • Exhibit domain knowledge in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Show proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have strong communication and training abilities.
  • Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have experience in project planning and management.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
