Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in the Payer domain to join our team. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert consulting services driving project success and ensuring client satisfaction. This position does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consulting services to clients in the Payer domain
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize data analytics to drive insights and improve project outcomes
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and providing expertise
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and practices

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in the Payer domain
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Show proficiency in project management and delivery
  • Have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Bring experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Showcase expertise in data analytics and reporting
  • Maintain a client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
