Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate should have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Oversee the use of Oracle File-Based Data Import to manage and streamline data migration processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system functionality.
  • Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance for Oracle applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Data Loader and its application in data integration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle File-Based Data Import for effective data migration.
  • Have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP to support business operations.
  • Show expertise in Oracle BI Publisher for developing and maintaining business reports.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have a background in IT Consulting to offer strategic technical guidance.
  • Display experience in Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and system performance.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Show a willingness to mentor and support the development of junior team members.
