Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Store Operations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves analyzing and optimizing store operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The candidate will contribute significantly to our companys goals and societal impact.
Responsibilities
.Possesses 6-9 years of IT experience in Retail Travel or Consumer Goods industry
Experience in Retail and Store operations process like Inventory Management Store Transaction Management (Store Ordering Receiving POS ) Loyalty Store work force Management compliance and loss prevention etc is preferred
Extensive hands-on experience in any software implementation (POS WFM Shrinkage) and requirements management
Extensive experience in Agile execution and methodologies
Worked as proxy product owners to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap
Liaise with Business Owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
Defining the features of an application/product/solution
Experienced as a User story author/Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
Has the ability to break down Epics into User Stories
Participate in the sprint retrospective and identify areas of improvement Demo sprint output to client
Should have excellent communications skills
Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
