We are looking for Salesforce Technical Architect
Experience - 9 Years - 15 Years

Job Summary

Mandatory Qualifications

· Graduate Degree Holder: A graduate degree is mandatory for this role.

· Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of relevant Salesforce experience is required.

· Architectural Experience: At least 2+ projects experience as an architect, including large end-to-end Salesforce project implementations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Architecture Design: Prepare architecture designs and present them to customers. Lead design reviews.

· Solution Development: Design and develop solutions primarily on the Force.com platform using Apex programming language, Aura Framework, and Communities.

· Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to Salesforce requirements and customer security requirements.

Technical Skills

· Lightning Experience: Experience in Lightning is essential.

· Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), is a must.

· Release Management: Experience in release management and continuous integration methodologies.

· Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile project execution methodologies.

Project Delivery

· Salesforce Domains: Project delivery experience in Salesforce.com technology across various domains.

· Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud: Salesforce technical experience in these areas.

· Customization and Configuration: Strong experience in customization and configuration of Salesforce.

· System Integration: Salesforce experience in integration with various systems.

· Out-of-the-Box Capabilities: Expertise with out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and community features.

Additional Skills

· UI/UX Understanding: Good understanding of user interface and user experience design.

· Performance Optimization: Improve architecture and optimize the performance of very complex software systems.

· Data Model and SOQL: Proficient in standard data model and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

· Security Configuration: Good at configuring security features like profile permission sets, public groups, and roles.

· API Familiarity: Familiarity with Salesforce APIs.

· Data Migration: Experience in data migration activities.

· Code Review and Deployment: Experience in the implementation of various tools for code reviews, version control, and deployment.

· Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills in Salesforce.

· Knowledge of Latest Features: Familiarity with Salesforce's latest features.

Client Relationship Management

· Process Improvement: Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations.

· Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.

Certifications

· (Certification as Preferred) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

· Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect
