Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ebao OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust architectural solutions using ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural solutions.
  • Lead the development of business analysis and planning models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve architectural practices.
  • Drive innovation and contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background with expertise in ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex business challenges.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering architectural solutions in a hybrid work model.
  • Show proficiency in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as TOGAF or equivalent to validate architectural expertise.
