Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ebao OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of the solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the architecture to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in ebao and OFSAA.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning.
  • Have a solid understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural documentation.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Be familiar with hybrid work models and day shift operations.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Possess the ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Show proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues.
