Production Configurator
Responsibilities
Configuration on DMS tool
Participate in requirement workshops walk-through of final requirements and get approvals from users
Prepare blueprint of compensations and other configurable rules and configure in system
Prepare & review unit test cases test data and perform unit testing
Fixing of defects identified during unit system integration UAT testing
Impart user training to users. If any gaps / concerns report it back to C2L BIZ team
Analyze if any issues and log the issue / observation with proper supporting documentation (if required)
Support both C2L BIZ Customer & C2L BIZ team in performing the user acceptance test analyze if any issues and log the issue / observation with proper supporting documentation (if required)
Validate the migrated data for final cut-over smoke test the application on production environment to ensure that everything is set to go-live.
For BAU activities triage of the tickets logged discuss with users record the analysis of the ticket explain it to other support team to fix the issues (if any) close the tickets once resolved and ensure the fixes are deployed on production. Wherever required prepare the detailed document and attach it to the ticket.
Participate in scrum calls sprint planning etc. as necessary.
