Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NX Open and CAD CAE Customization with a preference for those with experience in the automotive industry. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to our innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems using NX Open and CAD CAE Customization tools.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design proposals to determine the best approach.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.
  • Perform simulations and analyses to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all design processes and modifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and CAD CAE technologies.
  • Support the development of prototypes and oversee testing to ensure functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on NX Open and CAD CAE Customization.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Display proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Have a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • NX Customization using NXOpen C# .NET C++ Geometry.

    Experienced in customizing NX modules like Modeling Assemblies Drafting and Sheet Metal Design.

    PLM working experience.
