Job Description

Responsibilities

· Demonstrate requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management

· Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions

· Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document

· Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage requirement changes

· Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements

· Coordinate with business users for the requirements elicitation

· Conduct explanation sessions with developers/testers for the requirements

· Clarify requirements when raised by development/testing team

Qualifications (Mandatory)

· 1 to 2 years of experience in requirement gathering

· Have experience in working with multi-vendor environment

· Have experience of writing requirements for IT system build

· Have experience of using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.,

· Have exposure to Agile requirements gathering
