Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Core Java and Java 8. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will not require travel. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using Core Java and Java 8.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all development activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Core Java and Java 8.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Have experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer
