Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Spring Boot and Java for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical projects using Spring Boot and Java.
  • Ensure high-quality code by conducting regular code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy scalable applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability through effective design and coding practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Java with a deep understanding of their frameworks and libraries.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable high-performance applications.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Be familiar with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Nice to have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to enhance application deployment and scalability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Show experience in leading technical projects and providing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    Certified Spring Professional Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer
