Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not be required to travel. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.experience in Salesforce Lightning LWC Apex & Visualforce

Experience in Sales and Service Cloud modules


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to enhance deployment and development efficiency.
  • Configure and manage SFDC Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and improve user experience.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to create modern responsive user interfaces.
  • Perform SFDC Configuration to tailor the platform to specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and new releases.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize the platforms capabilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce practices and standards.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.
  • Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standards.
  • Must have experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Must have the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Must have the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
