Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to the companys mission of delivering high-quality solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Mulesoft-based integration solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of data quality and data governance frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with at least 5 years specializing in Mulesoft.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data quality and data governance practices.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Display a strong understanding of integration best practices and industry standards.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft or a related field.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Exhibit knowledge of security and data privacy regulations.
  • Have experience in project planning and resource estimation.
  • Show a proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Certifications Required

    Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Quality Certification (optional)
