Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mulesoft and a good understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in leading technical projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and integration of APIs using Mulesoft.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data quality and data governance standards.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft solutions and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mulesoft and related technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies in all Mulesoft implementations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Mulesoft development and integration.
  • Have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in API design and development.
  • Have experience with performance tuning and optimization of Mulesoft applications.
  • Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft or related technologies.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
