Job Summary

Strong Knowledge on HP Nonstop systems and Connex Architecture.

Proven experience working on Authorization Processing (AP) component.

Good knowledge on AP maintenance (APBATCH2 APWEB and APM screen) and AP online transactions processing.

Proficiency in analyzing solutions designs and requirement.

Able to Onboard Financial Institutions in AP database.

Good knowledge on APPARAM file configurations.

Understanding of debugging AP modules and troubleshoot the issues in transaction processing.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product features using COBOL TACL TAL and Connex
  • Processor Interface.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Cards & Payments domain to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product status and progress.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in COBOL TACL TAL and Connex
  • Processor Interface.
  • Must have domain expertise in Cards & Payments.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Should have experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be adaptable to a hybrid work model.

  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
