Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager - IME with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong background in Governance Risk & Compliance and Application support. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive team success in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
  • Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support in Governance Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage application support activities to ensure seamless operation and quick resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success through proactive planning and problem-solving.
  • Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Agile methodologies with proven experience in leading Agile teams.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance ensuring projects adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Have extensive experience in application support managing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive team success in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show proficiency in project management including planning scheduling and budgeting.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Possess the ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure team competitiveness and innovation.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Show the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
