Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops. Additionally experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance is mandatory. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage and Campaign Classic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain and update campaign databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in campaign management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in campaign management and marketing automation.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by achieving campaign objectives and targets.
  • Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality campaigns that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Campaign Standard Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops.
  • Have a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights.
  • Show proficiency in database management and data integrity practices.
  • Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
