Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst and domain experience in Payer. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including process flows and use cases.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Payer domain.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Capture
  • Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in the Payer industry.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
  • Have experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Have experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
