Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud including Plan & Campaign Management Segmentation & Target Groups Content Management and Contacts & Profiles. This role will be hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee the segmentation and targeting of groups to ensure effective campaign reach.
  • Provide expertise in content management within the SAP Marketing Cloud environment.
  • Manage contacts and profiles to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support the integration of SAP Marketing Cloud with other business systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing campaigns and data management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SAP Marketing Cloud Plan & Campaign Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud Segmentation & Target Groups.
  • Have experience in SAP Marketing Cloud Content Management.
  • Show proficiency in managing SAP Marketing Cloud Contacts & Profiles.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Marketing Cloud
