Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Manager for our B&L division with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership abilities to drive team success and contribute to our companys goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the B&L division to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the companys mission and values through dedicated and impactful work.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel to perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Should have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments to understand the domain-specific requirements.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively.
  • Should have strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Must be able to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
  • Should have the ability to monitor and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Must be able to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Should have the ability to resolve conflicts and issues within the team promptly.
  • Must be able to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Should be able to contribute to departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Must stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Should support the companys mission and values through dedicated work.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
