Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires extensive experience in strategic leadership stakeholder management and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning program resource management and program execution. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans including defining project scope goals and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder management ensuring clear communication and collaboration with all parties involved.
  • Implement and manage agile methodologies including Scrum to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track and report on project progress and performance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members supporting their professional development.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in strategic leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies including Scrum.
  • Exhibit strong project planning and program resource management skills.
  • Show expertise in program execution and monitoring project performance.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Hold a proven track record in developing and implementing project plans.
  • Be adept at identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Possess the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Have experience in using project management tools and software.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
