Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in Regulatory-Veeva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva and a good understanding of Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Veeva solutions to meet regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Veeva applications
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Veeva applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of Veeva solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Veeva applications to resolve any issues
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Veeva and regulatory technologies
  • Document technical specifications and user guides for Veeva applications
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on Veeva best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Support the integration of Veeva applications with other systems and platforms

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Regulatory-Veeva with 5 to 9 years of experience
  • Have a good understanding of Research and Development domain skills
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Veeva applications
  • Display knowledge of best practices in Veeva implementation and support
  • Have experience in leading technical teams and projects
  • Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva and related technologies
  • Be able to document technical specifications and user guides clearly
  • Have the ability to conduct training sessions for team members
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
