Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Triple A Plus and a strong background in Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. Travel is not required for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of product strategies for Triple A Plus solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Cards & Payments domain to ensure product alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve product issues.
  • Analyze competitor products and market positioning to inform product strategy.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status and performance.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical expertise in Triple A Plus with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Have experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Be adept at creating and maintaining product documentation.
  • Have a track record of successfully managing product development projects.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing product issues.
  • Have experience in training and supporting internal teams.
