Job Summary

We are seeking a Consultant with 3 to 4 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing Source to Pay Supply Chain procurement (P2P) API Supply Chain Management and Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will have experience with iValua and a background in Cards & Payments Finance & Accounting and Asset Management Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Strategic Sourcing and Source to Pay processes to optimize procurement operations.
  • Oversee the integration of Supply Chain procurement (P2P) systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expertise in API integration to enhance system connectivity and data flow.
  • Manage Supply Chain Management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement Procure to Pay solutions to streamline procurement and payment processes.
  • Utilize iValua to manage procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement challenges.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for procurement processes and systems.
  • Train and support end-users on procurement systems and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of procurement systems and processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Strategic Sourcing Source to Pay and Supply Chain procurement (P2P).
  • Have expertise in API integration and Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Procure to Pay solutions and iValua.
  • Experience in Cards & Payments Finance & Accounting and Asset Management Operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) iValua Certification
