Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compliance Management Risk Management and Vendor Risk Management. Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of GRC frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the identification assessment and mitigation of risks across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance management practices to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage vendor risk assessments and ensure third-party compliance with organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on GRC-related matters to enhance organizational awareness.
  • Prepare and present reports on risk and compliance activities to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  • Support the development of business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Compliance Management Risk Management and Vendor Risk Management.
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing GRC frameworks.
  • Have experience in conducting risk assessments and audits.
  • Display knowledge of Investment Banking Operations is a plus.
  • Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Exhibit the ability to train and support staff on GRC-related matters.
