Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TOSCA SAP SD and SAP FICO. Experience in the Medical Devices Research and Development and Data Models domains is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning design and execution of testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of software products.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of test plans test cases and test scripts using TOSCA.
  • Provide expertise in SAP SD and SAP FICO modules to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
  • Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Medical Devices Research and Development and Data Models to enhance testing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Facilitate communication between development business and testing teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging testing tools and technologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in TOSCA SAP SD and SAP FICO.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Medical Devices Research and Development and Data Models domains.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in test planning execution and reporting.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level TOSCA Automation Specialist
