Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer with 14 to 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive protocols CANoe & CANalyzer and C++. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing automotive systems ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the companys innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of automotive systems using C++ and automotive protocols.
  • Oversee the integration and testing of CANoe & CANalyzer tools to ensure seamless communication within automotive systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automotive systems to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all automotive projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the companys competitive edge.
  • Support the implementation of hybrid work models ensuring effective communication and collaboration across remote and on-site teams.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in automotive protocols demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards.
  • Have a strong proficiency in using CANoe & CANalyzer tools for system integration and testing.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in C++ programming with a focus on developing robust and efficient automotive systems.
  • Bring a solid background in the automotive industry showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
