Salesforce Program Manager

As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will oversee project lifecycles, develop organizational change plans, ensure adoption, and drive customer alignment. You will be collaborating with multi-functional teams, you'll advocate for process improvements, track adoption metrics, and resolve challenges to optimize workflows.

In this role, you will

  • Develop strong working relationships with business teams to understand goals and priorities of the CX business.
  • Initiate, drive Salesforce projects by aligning Business teams and Product Management teams on critical features.
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication between the managed services provider and the Salesforce Professional Services team.
  • Monitor overall project progress, costs, and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and customers.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record successfully managing operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project managers and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple project plans and ensuring alignment across different teams.

Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto/Waterloo, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs..
