Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DellBoomi Integration and Kronos Dimensions modules. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our systems and processes ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using DellBoomi Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Implement and configure Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper to optimize workforce management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and Kronos Dimensions-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for integrations and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Work closely with the Store Operations and Finance & Accounting teams to understand their requirements and provide domain-specific solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party solutions and services.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in DellBoomi Integration and Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper.
  • Nice to have experience in Store Operations and Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Should be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
