Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to the teams success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on project status.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve overall team performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project planning and execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
  • Support the team in achieving its goals and objectives by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality work that positively impacts our clients and society.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and report generation.
  • Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Display a commitment to maintaining high standards of work and contributing to the teams success.
