We are seeking a Technical Lead with experience in TIBCO Business Works ! The ideal candidate will have experience in Item Management and Merchandising domains.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain software applications using TIBCO to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead all the technical discussion changes by coordinating with all customers from Onsite.
- Handle tickets and tasks called out by the Level 1 team (Service Operations analyst) and handle Customer requests assigned by the Lead.
- Raise tickets that require external intervention.
- Provide daily status updates on tasks assigned to the Sr. Service Analyst or Service Lead.
- Ensure incidents Service requests Operational change requests and improvements are handled within the agreed targets.
- Ensure completion of tasks within set targets, which encompass incident service requests, identified problems, operational changes, improvements, etc.
- Collate data and provide inputs for reporting requirements
- Responsible for coordination with other support groups (such as infrastructure product vendor etc.)
- Comply to defined process during task execution (including problem management KEDB management etc.)
- Study assigned functional specifications analyze and identify impact of specifications raise queries and seek resolution from different customers.
- Develop coding (business layer coding interface development service development creation of stored procedures etc.) as required in the project.
- Raise clarifications issues concerns regarding work output to the lead on time seek review from peer / Senior Developer periodically rework on the code based on code review / defects raised in unit testing or any other relevant testing phases participate in code peer review as required.
- Highlight any potential risks to the Leads and seek inputs to resolve issues identified support integration of components as required.
- Understand user story and alignment to the features from product owner Finalize technical approach in discussion with Architect.
- Identify new alternate features and recommend to the team.
- Build Update project specific documentation as per the MVP model of development.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
- Must have BW 6 hands on experience.
- Should be strong in L3 Production Support (Defect fixes and minor improvements in TIBCO).
- Experience in TIBCO Business Works 5x and 6x is a mandate.
What will help you stand out (preferred skills):
- Good to have Retail/Supply Chain domain knowledge.
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in client facing is a plus.
