Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in HealthCare Products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revenue Cycle Management Accounts Receivables and Provider domains. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our healthcare operations.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of healthcare product processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage revenue cycle management tasks to optimize financial performance and reduce errors.
  • Handle accounts receivables processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new healthcare products and services.
  • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience with healthcare products and a strong understanding of their processes.
  • Should possess expertise in revenue cycle management to optimize financial operations.
  • Must have experience in accounts receivables to ensure accurate billing and collections.
  • Should have knowledge of provider domain to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Must be able to work night shifts as required by the role.
  • Should have strong analytical skills to generate reports and identify improvement areas.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
  • Should have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Should be a team player to support and guide junior team members.
  • Must be adaptable to hybrid work model and flexible in handling various tasks.
  • Should have a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
